How will I know if the order has been successfully placed?

There will be a confirmation mail or text from our end once you receive your order. This is how our team will notify you! 

How do I track my order?

It is simple! Just go to ‘my account and from there, you will find the ‘Track my order option; by clicking that option, you can get to know the status of your package. 

What should I do if my order is damaged?

Although we always deliver all the products with responsibility and care, If you have received a damaged product, you can always let us know about it. Please mail us at info@loveprasha.com contact us at +91 8233502122. The customer team will contact you and help you with everything. Our working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm (Monday - Friday)

What should I do if there is a delay in delivery?

In case of a delay, you can always track your order and get the current status of your package. To know the reason for the delay, you can mail us at info@loveprasha.com call us at +91 8233502122. Our team will contact you as soon as possible! 

What should I do if I need to change the shipping address once the order is in transit?

How do I determine the right fit for a dress?

You can refer to our size chart available alongside every product. The size chart is available on our website. 

How do I add items to my Wishlist?

You need to log in to our website and see all the products. Choose the products you like the most and add them to the wish list through our website. 

How can I find which products have offers on them?

You will find a quick view option that will mention the product offer. If there is an offer, it will be visible there.

Returns Exchanges

What is the Exchange policy on LovePrasha?

Once the Loveprasha pieces are sold they can be exchanged and returned within 7 days post delievery.

 Exchange is only applicable for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).

Return is only applicable on non sale and non custom made products. Please note we only offer store credit for all the return orders which is valid upto 90days.

If the product is not from sale section & eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at info@loveprasha.com within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange.

  1. Exchange can be done within 7 days for the date of delivery
  2. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange and return.
  3. Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
  4. Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
  5. Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro).
  6. Store credit equalling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 30 daysfrom the date of receipt of store credit.
  7. The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.

Can I cancel my order?

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. Please call us on 8233502122 or write to us at info@loveprasha.com to request a cancellation.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by LovePrasha and accept The LovePrasha's decision regarding the cancellation.

How will I receive the credit for my money when desired size of the exchange product is not available?

The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in next 90 days on the Loveprasha website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.

Payments

What are the different modes of payment that you accept?

Generally, we accept all major modes of payment, including cash on delivery. All the customers can select their desired method at their convenience.

What should I do if the payment is debited, but the order is not confirmed?
