WHICH COUNTRIES DOES LOVEPRASHA SHOP TO?

Shipping Destinations:

We ship LOVEPRASHA products to various countries including the US, UK, UAE, Australia, Hong Kong, South Africa, Qatar, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, and South Africa.

Shipping Costs and Duties:

For international orders outside India, if the total is under INR 40,000 (about USD 540), there's a charge of INR 1500 per kilogram (around USD 30). Orders over INR 40,000 ship for free.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:

Please note, we can't accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for international orders. For tracking, email us at hello@loveprasha.com.

Delivery Time:

After shipping, it usually takes about 12-16 days for your international order to reach you.

Payment Methods:

You can use any international credit card to make payments for your international orders.

COURIER

The estimated delivery time mentioned does not include the time taken for payment verification and administrative processes. Our delivery service is trackable and comes with 100% insurance coverage. To ensure the safe receipt of your package, a signature from the customer or any resident at the provided address will be required upon delivery. In the event that there is no one available to receive the package at the specified location, up to two additional redelivery attempts will be made.

The courier company will contact you to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. Once your order is dispatched, we'll promptly send you a comprehensive message including the name of the courier company and the tracking number. Following this, it becomes the responsibility of the customer to liaise directly with the courier company for further updates. We are more than happy to assist with providing accurate status and location details of your order.
