How long will it take for the order to reach me?
From the time of shipping, it takes about 5-10 days for domestic orders and 12-16 days for international orders to reach you. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What is the Exchange policy on LOVEPRASHA?

Once the LOVEPRASHA pieces are sold they can be exchanged and returned within 3 days post delivery.

Exchange is only applicable for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).

Return is only applicable on non sale and non custom made products. Please note we only offer store credit for all the return orders which is valid upto 90days.
If the product is not from sale section & eligible for size exchange, you may write to us hello@loveprasha.com within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange.

• Exchange can be done within 3 days for the date of delivery
• Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange and return.
• Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
• Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
• Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro).
• Store credit equalling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 90 days from the date of receipt of store credit.
• The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.
